Her entrepreneurial journey took root in August 2015 when she established herself as an independent stylist, culminating in the founding of her own successful business, Paragon Salon & Spa LLC, in April 2019. A testament to her vision and strategic leadership, Danielle has significantly expanded her reach, with Paragon Salon & Spa proudly opening three thriving locations—in Norwichtown, Taftville, and Old Lyme—as of July 2024.

Hi there! I’m Brooke Manning- a licensed cosmetologist and eyelash technician with a passion for helping people feel their absolute best. I’ve been working in the beauty industry since 2020, after completing my cosmetology training at Toni & Guy and receiving my lash certification from Dolce The Academy.

From vivid color transformations, dimensional highlights, to curly hair cutting and styling, I’m always aiming to create looks that reflect your personality and lifestyle. I also offer a full range of eyelash services—from natural lash lifts to bold and glamorous mega volume extensions

Outside of the salon, I’m a baking enthusiast, video game lover, and unapologetic teller of terrible jokes. I have a dog named Sylvia and a cat named Tobiko whom fill my heart with joy.

Ashley Post has been perfecting her craft for 18 years!

After graduating from Norwich Tech in 2006, Ashley started working at Cost Cutters in both Norwich and Avon. She later became the manager at Hair Cuttery and grew her leadership skills coaching other stylists while still being behind the chair.

The pandemic caused that salon chain to close so Ashley ventured off on her own and found a home at Paragon Salon & Spa 4 years ago - best move she has made for both herself and her clients. 

​Ashley specializes in color, men's cuts, formal styles, and fantasy colors. She has the magic touch when cutting children's hair!

When not in the salon, you can find Ashley spending time with her big family, hanging out with friends, and pulling pranks on her loved ones - don't book an appointment with her on April Fool's Day.
